Illuminated River is an ambitious public art commission that seeks to light up the 15 bridges on London’s River Thames. Once complete, it will be the longest public art project in the world, seen over 130 million times each year during its 10 year lifespan.
Sam was shortlisted by a panel of Illuminated River trustees and light artist Leo Villareal (Bay Lights, San Fransisco) to compose new pieces of music inspired by Cannon Street Rail Bridge and Blackfriars footbridge.
